Larry Reid is President of Silver Sate Code. Larry provides supervision of building and safety plan check staff, coordinates scheduling and delivery of services to clients in accordance with contract requirements and project deadlines. Larry has been actively involved in code administration, plan review and building inspection for over 20 years. Larry is ICC certified with 10 years of experience related directly to code consulting and a previous 10 years serving as building official. Larry's experience has included providing plan reviews on numerous projects in the State of Nevada and Arizona, including hospitals, health care facilities, youth center and adult correctional facilities. In addition Larry has provided reviews of many commercial projects including offices, retails, casinos, and recreational facilities.

Violeta Tihova, CE is a licensed civil engineer and responsible for the structural plan review and design of Silver State Code. With over 15 years of diverse engineering experience, Violeta has designed a wide range of projects, from industrial to institutional and from office buildings to renovations of existing structures. Her plan review experience includes high-rise buildings, temporary shoring of underground parking levels, post-tension slabs and seismic retrofit projects in Seattle, Washington and residential, commercial and industrial buildings in Nevada and Arizona. She is a licensed civil engineer in the State of Washington and Nevada.
